When shipping orders to customers via our web site we usually ship within 3-5 business of receiving the order. When your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending upon the distance traveled and time of year. Most orders should reach their destination between 4 – 5 days if being shipped (international 10-15 days after arriving at the foreign postal administration). If you become concerned about your order please send an email after a reasonable amount of time has passed and we will trace your order for you.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS ground for most orders. All charges are calculated at checkout. Postage/shipping costs will be automatically added to your order and are visible at checkout. Before placing your order simply click on the apply button next to shipping options at checkout and you can view the cost of shipping prior to submitting your order.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
We do not offer free shipping to international destinations.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

When ordering from us, you’re responsible for any Customs, Duties & Taxes by your country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Damages

If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents.
